Most of our team are now working remotely, with the exception of a skeletal staff who are in the office daily to maintain our business critical systems.
This will not in any way affect the quality of any work that we carry out for you. We have gone to extensive measures in order to fully prepare for our team to work from home, and have tried and tested channels of communication. The health and safety of our team is our top priority and we have ensured our staff are equipped with everything they may need to enable them to complete their tasks to the same high standard of quality as if they were in the office.
All calls will still be monitored, but where possible we are encouraging clients to communicate via email. If calls and meetings are necessary then we will of course call you back once we have picked up the message and additionally we are experienced with setting up Google Hangouts, Skype Meetings or Whatsapp Group Calls. Whichever suits you best.
We will still be operating within our usual hours of work, 9am – 5.30, and if you have any urgent or non urgent matters outside of those times then please email email@example.com and our team members will pick up your query from there.
Whilst we recognise that at these times it is tempting to concentrate on cutting costs we would like to remind you of the importance of maintaining your brand presence within your market place. We would encourage you to continue with the marketing of your brand/products and we are here for you should you require any assistance. If sales aren’t coming in then there is still an opportunity to keep your business going and invest in ticking off the small jobs so that you are not forgotten once normality resumes.
